IMPORTANT NOTICE:
i'll be collecting all self-initiated CIP documentation on the
18th of May and will be submitting them to the teacher on
20th of MAY, so if you want the cip that you have done outside college, not college or cca initiated but SELF-INITIATED, pls follow these steps: (remember, i will not chase you for the forms)
- ASK ME for a cip self-initiated form
- FILL in the form
- prepare all DOCUMENTS
- SUBMIT the form and documents TO ME asap before deadline
- anyone who submits after the deadline, you have to go look for the cip teacher yourself!
yeps... that's about it! as for the table which i'm gonna show the class soon... it's quite empty cos i think the cca teachers and heartlights and stuff havent keyed in the times yet... so owells, any queries on that ask your cca teacher. yeps! :) if you are in need of help... can ask me too. yeps! have fun!
