Dear SC3,
we have to do well in the upcoming napfa test. for u gals, it's gonna be the very last one, ever. for the guys, well lets juz say those couple of weeks start of next year can be better spent? (dota anyone?? heh heh)
okay so here's the training program, we got exactly 2 weeks from now, gotta work hard
GUYS
Tues (25th): 5 km run, total 20 pull ups
wed:5km run, total 20 pull ups
thurs: 10X100m sprints, 30 pull ups
fryday: 10km run
sat: stretching for seat and reach, hop round your house,hands on head, big house do more, small house do less
sun: big mac(rest)
mon: 5km run, 40 pull ups
tues: hop(same as sat) 40 pull ups
wed: 10km run
thurs: 3 km run, 40 pull ups
fri: stretching, hops
sat: 10km run
sun: rest
*no extra calories during this period
GALS
err nothing?? dang the stopid napfa system.. where's our men's rights??
anyway that's all fer now, got any questions plz feel free to post it up or look for me so i can put my phd(permanent head damage) in sports science to good use. thanks for reading!
